Education: Law studies at the University of Bochum, Germany. German first law examination (university degree) 1998 and German second law examination (practical formation), Düsseldorf 2001. Master of European Business Law (LL.M.), University of Lund, Sweden (2012).

Earlier activities: Lawyer at Birkenstock & Kollegen, Cologne (1998-2001). Legal Adviser at Volks- und Raiffeisenbank Neuwied–Linz eG (2003 – 2008); Collection and claim consultant at Visma Collectors AB (2008-2010), with Engström & Co since 2012. Partner since 2016.

Memberships and assignments: Rechtsanwaltskammer Cologne (2002), since 2005 Rechtsanwaltskammer Braunschweig, Swedish Bar Association (2015), German-Nordic Lawyers Association, the German Foundation in Malmö (member of the board).
